Crypto Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Crypto payments are verified against the invoice’s displayed network, token contract, receiving address, exact atomic amount, successful receipt, and confirmation policy. W8RLD does not send automatic refunds.
- Wrong network or token: may be unrecoverable; contact support with the transaction ID.
- Underpayment: does not activate an entitlement.
- Overpayment: is recorded and requires manual review.
- Expired invoice, duplicate transaction ID, delayed confirmations, or a failed/reverted transaction: do not automatically grant a license; a valid late payment may be marked for manual review.
- Refund requests require manual review and may be impossible where funds cannot be recovered or where law/platform rules permit refusal.
Do not pay until the invoice details are understood. Cancellation before payment is simply abandonment of the invoice.
